It all started 2years ago (2013),as you all know my dad was terribly
sick,this took him to places where he looked for a cure. He travelled to
India and had 2 major operations over there, came back with some
drugs,and also ordered for more whenever th ones he came bak with has
finished.
He would always go to doctors to administer these drugs. At first we went to crown hospital Nkpor, were the consultant there made hi me take more than 4 more major operations. We all felt bad about the pains my darling father was going 2ru,but we had to give him our full support because we taught it would make him live longer, so why not?
As days grew to weeks n weeks to months, we decided to administer the drugs here in Ekwulobia precisely St Victoria Hospital Ekwulobia. The first day I went to this hospital with daddy,we had a little chat with Prof Okafor,the owner of the hospital.After so time, Prof Okafor's second son (Ikenna Rocky Okafor) came in and jokingly his dad said " my dear don't u think she is a wife material?"(referring to me). I was very shy at dat point (lol) and simply laughed at d joke. Prof okafor (Pius Ifeanyichukwu Okafor) gave us a bed in d private ward, made us so comfortable we spent days there and I remember we went back there severally cos my dad was told that he would give 2wks intervals b4 administering d next set of drugs. DO U know dat Prof never took a dime from us from d 1st day we went to this hospital?. From dat day on,I saw dis man as a very good, generous, gentle father-in-law material too (smiling in korea). Thou I let go dat taught after some days. I had several relationships which wasn't productive and a few months later, I lost my dad (May his soul rest in perfect peace).
On 23rd Dec 2014 at exactly 1pm ,trying to get over the loss of my dad,I decided to go see a friend Vivian Trixie Okonkwo in Omeke Umuchi (no be gossip carry me go dia ooooo lol). I biked from my house to the park wia I picked a few things and then biked from d park to one me. Unknown to me dat some1 followed my from d park. I noticed he( Obiajulu Poco Okafor) turned Ekwulobia round about up to 5time(lol) just so dat i can enter a bike a head towards my destination so he can follow me. When I got down the bike, he approached me and was like " excuse me pretty lady". Normally I would have ignored him (u know girls n their way hehehhehehheh) but after much shakara, i decided to give him a listening ear (in my mind i was like Kai! Dis guy fine sha). He told me he is Prof Okafor's son,the same handsome man that gave us help when we needed it,I thought. In my mind I was like n why haven't I seen him all dis while?. I decided to be obiajulu's friend for sometime cos I was as at dat time,in 1 of those "relationships". He really pushed to be more jus a friend.
One day, he opted to take me back to school and of course I agreed.On our way back to school,i called my rummy Nora Raphael asking her where she kept the key to our room she said that ogonna okafor( i.e. d same Obiajulu's first cuz was with it) .we later found out dat my lodge is Obi's first cuz's lodge and also ikenna,Obi's younger bro's,fiancee's lodge Chidiogo Obodoakor.
After some months , we got talking and I realized dat i was falling head over heals in love with dis guy cos he is funny,really romantic ,neat,cool and above all God fearing.well, a lot happened but at the end, we started going out and on a very good Friday eve, I went to visit him,he got back from work, went on his knees sweating profusely and all nervous,he asked d question "will u marry me" . Waow! It felt really good.of course u know d end of d story.
On with Aug,2015, we did our traditional marriage and on 31st oct. It was legalized.I am now officially Mrs chidimma okafor (HEHEHAHHAHAHHIHIHI LAUGHING IN SWAHILI). This beautiful couple,(Prof and Mrs okafor Maureen Okafor)are the best parent-in-law u can ever dream to have and my husband ,he is d most beautiful man in dis entire universe.

............ABOUT 31st oct 2015,it all started with a tea party at about 10pm on 30th night, where we all gisted, had my bridal shower at about 12 am ,, the girls (i call them my squad)really made my day.AS early as 6am ,we wia all dressed for d church wedding........
I appreciate my darling swt mother Njideka Ezeneche, happiness Adaeze Nwankwo(my bestie of life),Ngozi Divine (you are my best friend and best lodgemate and i appreciate u), Lilian Chuks (my fellow front Bencher in unizik and a friend too),@Nora Raphael(my dear rummy,I love u),Nancy raphael and Cynthia raphael (love u cuz), Chioma Awuzie and her darling daughter miracle awuzie (i love u both), chidiogo obodoakor (my dearest co wife) and his hubby ikenna Rocky Okafor , hildex photography and every other person dat contributed in any way to the success of my wedding.I love u all.#kisses#
